The Authors

Jason Fischer Author of The Two Truths About Love

Jason B. Fischer, MA, LPC is a licensed psychotherapist who has a thriving counseling practice in Austin, Texas.  In 2009, inspired by the mission of making high-quality counseling affordable to anyone, he opened Plumeria Counseling Center, a facility comprised of over thirty mental health professionals, where he currently serves as Clinical Director.  With a background in Buddhism and Taoism, his teachings fuse Eastern philosophy with Western psychology in a way that is immediately accessible to those with little or no experience with either.  His lifelong ambition is to help others discover effective ways to gain personal mastery of themselves and their lives and, in so doing, positively benefit interpersonal harmony worldwide.  He achieves this mission through a tireless commitment to counseling, writing, teaching workshops and seminars, and supervising student therapists.

Sabrina Kindrell authorSabrina Kindell, MA, LMFT-S, LPC-S is a dual licensed marriage and family therapist and professional counselor and has been in the field of relational transformation and personal wellness for over 20 years.  She is highly sought after by intern therapists for her mindful and compassionate supervision and has a rewarding clinical practice specializing in family dynamics, conscious parenting and extraordinary partnering.  She is a busy public speaker holding workshops on a wide variety of topics from stress and resiliency to parenting teens and Integrative Family Constellation Therapy.  She also facilitates numerous professional presentations with both large groups (ranging in size from 50 to 100) as well as smaller, intimate gatherings.  Her mission, as she looks towards the second half of her life, is to wholeheartedly create and inspire invitations to L.I.F.E. (Living in Fulfillment Everyday) wherever she goes.  Her greatest wish is to be of service to others and to incorporate mind, body and sprit in all that she does.
